This page used to contain the text of the OBF Bylaws, converted to MediaWiki format, in the version originally enacted in 2005. The bylaws have since been changed (on Sep 11, 2012), and hence this original version is no longer valid. The current version of the Bylaws is available here as a separate file, and is maintained with version control and issue tracking in Github.
